According to INE and Eurostat, property prices have risen consistently in recent years with an increase of over 85% since 2017 and positive outlooks for the next five years.

We focus particularly on urban areas undergoing transformation, where the revaluation of existing buildings offers attractive margins in both rental yield and capital appreciation.

That said, we remain open to other high-potential sectors.
